台北市長柯文哲年前要求遠雄提出大巨蛋全區的疏散計畫，25日更表示，這一個月來最重要的工作就是重新體檢大巨蛋，因為過去的審查會議，大部分都在葉世文擔任營建署長時舉行，讓他「毛毛的」，得先確定安全沒有問題。至於是否不排除「拆蛋」，他表示「專業問題要專業解決」，沒把話說死。昨日柯文哲參加公安會報前表示，這個月很重要的工作就是大巨蛋重新體檢，過去3年5次的審查，除了第一次預備會議，另外4次都是在營建署長葉世文任內，「看到就覺得毛毛的」，所以要求再研究一遍。
