桃園：陳姓受刑人因持槍彈遭判刑4年半併科30萬元罰金，前年在獄中服刑時，以30萬元代價遊說同房的29歲曾姓受刑人幫忙頂罪，曾隨即撰寫自白書自承在陳男被查獲槍械的前一天到陳家藏槍，幫陳隱蔽，但檢警卻發現他當時人根本在獄中，搓破謊言，依頂替罪嫌起訴陳男。(中國時報)
