台北市士林區延平北路的警察局職務宿舍屋齡超過60年，
，最近進行拆除改建市區綠地，
，昨午工人以怪手作業時，
，在瓦礫堆找到一塑膠袋，
，赫然發現裡面都是子彈，
，趕緊報警，
，經警方清點，
，這批子彈共有178顆，
，屬2種不同的手槍子彈，
，有些已生鏽，研判是之前住戶留下，將送驗追查子彈來源。警方指出，該處舊警察職務宿舍，約10年前就已荒廢，平時沒人管理也未封鎖，任何人皆可進出。當地里長許振禮表示，日前市長柯文哲指示該處要盡速拆除。本周一開始怪手進駐進行拆除工程，昨中午工程進行到一半時，有名工人發現瓦礫堆內有一包塑膠袋，好奇打開一看，裡面竟裝的滿滿的子彈，嚇得工人趕緊通知工地負責人報警處理。警方清查發現，該批子彈為手槍子彈，有2種不同型式，但其中許多子彈都已生鏽，研判是前人所留下的機會較大，但警方為求慎重，昨仍由鑑識人員先試著採集子彈上的指紋，追查子彈來源，如往後查無來源，將會銷毀該批子彈。，

該報告列舉的8大產業與其面對的趨勢如下：
一、電子香菸之於菸草業高盛分析師Judy Hong表示：「我們預期未來幾年內電子香菸市場營收將達100億美元，
，佔整體菸草業的10％以上。」電子香菸危害健康的程度比傳統香菸少99％，

二、癌症免疫療法之於製藥業
相較於破壞性較強的傳統化療，
，免疫療法透過「重新訓練」免疫系統來抑制癌細胞，
，對人體其他細胞的傷害較小。高盛預期這類用於治療黑色素瘤、肺癌及腎臟癌的新藥將在2025年前創造100億至150億美元商機。
三、LED照明技術之於一般照明業

五、天然氣引擎之於運輸業 天然氣引擎成本低於柴油引擎，因此高盛預期握有該技術的機具製造商Cummins將是最大受惠者。
六、雲端運算之於網路設備業
時下科技業幾乎全搭上雲端運算趨勢，唯獨傳統網路設備業者還在使用笨重的硬體主機。
七、3D列印之於製造業
3D列印不但能應付各種複雜設計，且列印成本遠低於產品原型的製造成本，可望廣泛取代傳統產品或零件原型。
八、社交媒體之於大型資料處理業
隨著臉書及其他社交媒體收集的網路資料快速膨脹，傳統資料庫業者已不堪負荷，反而是Teradata及Informatica這類專攻大型資料處理的業者受惠。，

江秉翰克服先天手指缺陷，參訓11個月後返鄉成功創業接單。（吳江泉攝）
27歲的江秉翰天生右手手指少一節，但他不受身體缺陷影響，靠著堅強毅力，從花蓮家鄉到高雄參加勞動部「電腦輔助精密機械實務與應用班」職訓，在長達11個月的訓練中，努力精進自己的機械加工技術，順利取得機械加工乙級與車床丙級雙證照，返鄉成功創業圓夢。家住花蓮的江秉翰大學就讀資管系，卻常覺與自己的興趣不符，大二那年遭遇嚴重的車禍，讓他右腳粉碎性骨折全身多處受傷，就決定休學並在家休養，期間重新思考人生的方向。

27歲的江秉翰天生右手手指少一節，但他不受身體缺陷影響，靠著堅強毅力，從花蓮家鄉到高雄參加勞動部「電腦輔助精密機械實務與應用班」職訓，在長達11個月的訓練中，努力精進自己的機械加工技術，順利取得機械加工乙級與車床丙級雙證照，返鄉成功創業圓夢。家住花蓮的江秉翰大學就讀資管系，卻常覺與自己的興趣不符，大二那年遭遇嚴重的車禍，讓他右腳粉碎性骨折全身多處受傷，就決定休學並在家休養，期間重新思考人生的方向。

因家裡經營挖土機材料貿易生意，江秉翰自小在機械零件堆裡長大，對機械也頗有興趣，在友人介紹下，投入業界想「做中學」，前後在兩家製造業公司從事CNC銑床工作約2年後，深感自己非專科出身，未來職場發展恐有限制，於是興起積極尋求培訓的管道。「我不害怕離鄉背井，只想多學些技能」，江秉翰在職訓ｅ網網站選擇勞動部高屏澎東分署自辦訓練開設的「電腦輔助精密機械實務與應用班」，收拾行囊隻身到高雄參訓，他說，因為是左撇子，右手的身體缺陷不會影響受訓。認真好學的江秉翰，只要遇到有問題就積極向老師提問，從基礎的鉗工到數值控制加工等技能皆勤加學習，並在訓練後期接受老師指導考照密集訓練，結訓前已獲得機械加工與車床丙級雙證照，順利返鄉創業圓夢。(中國時報)，

台北：滿!滿!滿!最近適逢學校開學潮，許多外籍學生入境台灣準備上課，來台第一件事就是到移民署辦理居留，導致移民署台北市服務站每日申辦件人數破百，等待曠日費時，為此，移署特別呼籲住新北市的外國朋友就近在新北市服務站辦理，以節省寶貴時間。(中國時報)

台北：滿!滿!滿!最近適逢學校開學潮，許多外籍學生入境台灣準備上課，來台第一件事就是到移民署辦理居留，導致移民署台北市服務站每日申辦件人數破百，等待曠日費時，為此，移署特別呼籲住新北市的外國朋友就近在新北市服務站辦理，以節省寶貴時間。(中國時報)
