狂犬病風險增！今千劑疫苗到貨

    台東爆發民眾遭染狂犬病鼬獾咬傷事件，疾管署23號晚間急送疫苗到當地，這位民眾也在24號清晨接種免疫球蛋白與第一劑疫苗，帶病鼬獾傷人，狂犬病威脅升溫，國內目前儲備人用狂犬病疫苗僅三百多劑，經過緊急向國外廠商調度後，疾管署證實陸續會有多批疫苗送抵台灣，24號就有上千劑到貨，26號將配送到醫療院所。
    疾病管制署副署長周志浩說：「今天稍晚會有約一千劑疫苗進入國內，明天預期會有八百劑疫苗進來，下週二約有七百劑進來，這些進來疫苗後，會有藥政單位進行查核，查核沒問題後，預計一、兩天就能送到這些需要接種的醫院去。」
    除了狂犬病人用疫苗外，原本國內年儲存約六瓶「免疫球蛋白」，下週將進口100瓶備用，疾管署指出，目前在有限的資源下，以暴露後治療用途的接種為優先對象，包含南投魚池、鹿谷、雲林古坑、台東東河與其他山地鄉，如果遭到野生動物與流浪貓狗抓咬傷，應接種人類用狂犬病疫苗。國內其他地區則以不含流浪貓犬的野生哺乳動物抓咬傷時，應接種疫苗，而且會由公費支應。衛福部也同步擴充國內醫療院所人用狂犬病疫苗施打地點，從原先的十五家擴增到二十五家。

　周杰倫也預告29日在台北小巨蛋舉行的中歌榜演唱會上，將現場唱新歌《紅塵客棧》、《明明就》。他表示，這次中歌榜因故分為2梯次舉行，他的表演內容與方式全依公司安排：「樂於出席各種關於音樂的活動，坐在台下可以看到很多歌手的精心表演，彼此切磋，是很好的學習機會。」，

，主要看國際油價是否向上，以及電子業出口成長力道。葉滿足表示，12月出口負成長主因，是受到國際油價下跌，導致礦產品、塑橡膠製品與化學品出口下滑，分別年減39.7％、12.3％、5.1％。但電子產品出口全年達到999.9億美元，創下歷年新高。出口市場成長部分，去年我國對各主要市場都有增加，以美國幅度最高，全年增加7.1％，其次則為日本年增3.6％、歐洲3.5％、大陸香港2.9％，以及東協六國1.3％。展望今年出口表現，葉滿足表示，油價去年從6月每桶108美元一路下滑到跌破50美元，今年出口是否亮眼，還要看油價今年是否向上回升。否則礦產品、化學與塑橡膠製品等將受到相當大影響。但葉滿足也強調，電子業占台灣出口比重達到31.6％，主要成長動能還是靠電子產品，雖已過出口高峰期，但據台積電說法，半導體成長可能從去年9％變成5％，但今年晶圓代工仍預估成長14％，「成長幅度可能稍緩，成長態勢不變」。經濟部國貿局昨晚表示，去年全年台灣整體出口成長為2.7％，比當初國貿局預估出口成長4.2％低，主要是自經區等未通過所致。國貿局副局長楊淑媚說，去年全年我對美國出口貿易成長達7.1％，為各地區最高，且我對美國進出口貿易，正式超過日本，成為台灣第2大貿易夥伴，僅次於中國大陸。楊淑媚表示，去年全年我對中國大陸(香港)進出口貿易比重39.7％，與前年相同，顯示我對中國大陸進出口貿易依存度並未上升。她說，去年全年我對各國出口成長，如日本為3.6％、歐洲3.5％、中國大陸2.9％、東協6國1.3％，今年將持續赴東南亞拓展商品。，

    　外交部長林永樂則表示，短片是外交部的新嘗試，試圖用活潑生動的方式增加國人對議題的瞭解。目前外交部主軸是東海和平倡議，希望讓國人用和平對話協商方式來處理、維護區域和平與穩定。對於外界的批評，林則說，會把所有意見彙整，做盡一步改善。
    　蕭美琴昨上午召開記者會抨擊，釣魚台主權爭議是非常嚴肅的國際議題，但宣導影片將嚴肅議題綜藝化、娛樂化，甚至對日本極盡戲謔、謾罵，例如稱「古早時代日本人的陰謀」、「日本偷偷摸摸的做」，恐會激起反日民粹情緒，甚至鬧國際笑話。
    　記者會後，史亞平率大批外交部官員趕緊到立委辦公室解釋。史亞平說，外交部接到民眾反映，搞不清楚釣魚台主權的來龍去脈，才會想以輕鬆的方式，闡述釣魚台史實，讓民眾看完後，可以自信的說「釣魚台是台灣的」。
    　接著史亞平也強調，短片絕對沒有扭曲、醜化的意思，不是國際宣傳文宣，「影片沒有要給外國人看」。蕭美琴聽到這句話，更氣得拍桌痛罵，雖然整部影片幾乎都是台語，但國際社會仍會知道影片內容，「非常丟臉」。
    　蕭美琴前天看到影片內容後，第一時間致電外交部長林永樂，要求將影片立即下架。對此，外交部發言人夏季昌表示，目前沒有考慮下架，第二、三集短片分別以二次世界大戰、東海和平倡議，闡述釣魚台主權，短片已拍攝完成，不會修改或下架。，

日職一週－季後續寫歷史 巴倫汀可望拿MVP

    　「今年將是我永難忘懷的1年。」已於上個月10日返國的巴倫汀，將再度返回日本，由於日職洋將返國後多半不會在來年開訓前重回日本，這被視為他將拿下MVP的象徵，他還將參加球團會議，更展現養樂多隊對他的重視。
    　除了央聯MVP，巴倫汀返國後還接受荷屬古拉索島頒發「榮譽國民」；而他在返國前拍攝的啤酒廣告，則在日前播出，他是養樂多隊史相隔26年再度獲邀拍廣告的外籍球員。
    　至於洋聯MVP則不作第二人想，本季拿下24勝0敗的田中將大，幾乎篤定以不敗紀錄獲選，但對田中而言，大聯盟與日職針對新版「入札制度」的討論，近日即將明朗，恐怕才是他最關心的消息。，

沙國拒入安理會 UN華府避多談

    　當被問及美國對此的反應時，國務院發言人莎琪（Jen Psaki）：「這決定是看他們自己。」
    　另有分析師指出，這項舉動也反映出利雅德當局對於盟友華府和死對頭伊朗外交露曙光的失望。沙國曾表示，這是插手中東地區局勢。
    　莎琪提到聯合國銷毀敘利亞化學武器一事時，表示：「我們當然認為聯合國安理會在多種議題上扮演重要的角色，6週前的事情即可證明。」
